SwiftLead (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a missed lead recovery platform that helps local service businesses automatically follow up with missed calls via AI-powered SMS conversations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read it carefully. By using SwiftLead, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Business Owner Information
- Full name and email address
- Business name, phone number, and location
- Account credentials and preferences
Caller Information
- Phone numbers of missed callers
- SMS conversation content
- Service requests and urgency levels captured through AI conversations
Usage Data
- Dashboard activity and feature usage
- Analytics and performance metrics
- Browser type, IP address, and device information
Payment Information
- Billing is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy
- We never store card numbers or payment credentials
- We retain subscription status and billing history only
Twilio Data
- Provisioned phone numbers and their SIDs
- Call logs including caller number, duration, and status
- SMS message SIDs and delivery status
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the missed lead recovery service
- To send automated SMS messages on behalf of your business
- To generate AI-powered responses to your leads
- To send billing confirmations and account notifications
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

SMS & Calling Data
We process call and SMS data through Twilio to deliver the SwiftLead service. All conversation logs are stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase.
Business owners can view and delete their conversation data at any time from the dashboard. We do not sell SMS conversation data to third parties under any circumstances.
Call data is used solely to identify missed calls and trigger the automated follow-up workflow. We do not record or store audio from calls.
AI Data Processing
Conversation data is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate automated SMS replies on behalf of your business. This includes the conversation history and basic lead information (phone number, service requested).
No personally identifiable information is used to train AI models. AI responses are generated in real time and are not stored by Google beyond their standard API retention policy.
You can disable AI conversations at any time from your Settings page. When disabled, only the initial auto-reply message is sent.

We share data only with the following trusted service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

We never sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption provided by Supabase.
We use Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each business account can only access its own data. No cross-tenant data access is possible.
Access to production systems is strictly limited to authorized personnel. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently and irreversibly deleted.
You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at koskeikipngetich2@gmail.com.

Cookies
We use minimal cookies strictly for authentication and session management. These are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the service.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies.
Children's Privacy
SwiftLead is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated policy will also be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of SwiftLead after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
